Brief de Design de Brochure

This is an expensive product and the best of it's kind in the world, so it needs to be marketed to intelligent, forward thinking people who appreciate and pay for excellent design and innovation. The type of people who buy Apple products i guess. It needs to be clean. The colours do not need to be in keep with our website, but our logo does need to be on the brochure. I have attached a dcoument with all the text, the order the text goes in and an idea of how i want the first page to look. All images and logos have been attached too.

• The work needs to be editable by us using indesign
  
  The pages need to be A5. I'm not sure how many pages the brochure needs to be as it does need to be clean and be spaced out well. On the file that contains the text i've indicated that 8 pages would be good.
  
  The logos i attached - 1) IF Product Design Award, 2) M Technology Award, 3) Red Dot Design Award and 4) Good Design Award all need to be at the bottom of the front page, quite small, but still able to see them well.
  
  - Needs to have a QR code so that smart phones can scan the code and be taken to a you tube clip - QR code is attached.
  - Needs to have Twitter Icon - @EnergySavingLED

• Nice to remind customers on each page that the product has a 5 year Warranty and we have a 365 day Returns Policy.
