Brief de Design de Logo

We are Retail Gazette, a field leading B2B news website for the retail sector that has a logo that has looked dated from day one. We are looking for a new logo that reflects that we are a modern digital medium, whilst also having a nod back to our journalistic heritage.

Target Audience
- High level business professionals in the retail industry

Key elements:
- Simple, elegant, clean and minimal.
- Flat image design – no faux light sources, embossing or other such elements.
- 3D logo / depth is fine if only flat colour or gradients are used.
- Image or font based logos fine but the words 'Retail Gazette' must be there somewhere
- Must work well both online, through social media and website, as well as offline through promotional materials.
- Work as both a multi-colour logo and single colour.
- Traditional RG blue is 083bae / R:8 G:59 B:174
