Brief de Design de Brochure

I need the 4 attached reports (3 are 2-sides of A4; 1 is 7-sides of A4) to be re-designed with a consistent look and feel. Just need 1 or 2 images per report being inserted plus consistent branding and contact details being displayed in the same location on each report with same colour, font and design). Reports are attached.
The reports are used as lead magnets.
That is, visitors to our website can download one of them (10 Ways To Transform Your Marketing In The Next 30 Days) by filling in a form with their email address. Then over the next 30 days the other reports are sent to the subscriber via email autoresponders.
Red Flame Marketing is a marketing consultancy dealing with companies in the North West of England providing cost-effective and profitable marketing to small and medium-sized businesses that want better and quicker results. The reports need to be professional and corporate looking. Please let me know if you need any further clarification or have any questions. I attach an example report.
