Brief de Design de Logo

"Yes to DSS" is a letting agency startup based in Liverpool UK, which specialises in renting accommodation to tenants who receive welfare benefits.

The logo should be positive, friendly and fun.

We are open minded to colour but our 'To Let' board outside properties will be a bright colour, like yellow or orange - the logo should fit well on the board.
The final logo should promote the feeling of acceptance and also freindly and non-corporate.

Ideas:

Initially we would like designers to stick to ideas around the following:
- hand drawn or painted outline of a house (see a attached pdf)
- tick / check mark in red or green inside the house
- text to the right - maybe in two colours but one word eg YESTODSS with the 'to' in green or red. Open to ideas about text layout, positioning, font, colours etc

Marché(s) Cible(s)

- Tenants who have a low income. 95% will be on welfare benefits (the government pays for their rent). Normally lanldords say 'No DSS' as a way to avoid such tenants. We will be actively marketing for them.
- Other target market is landlords, but this is secondary. We will be trying to convince landlords that we can generate them a more secure income from DSS tenants than working tenants.
