Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a female real estate agent based in the rural area just west of Austin, Texas called the Texas Hill Country. Searching for imagery will show scenes of heavy cedar timber, ranches, cattle, white limestone geology and an abundance of wildlife. We want a western lifestyle logo that incorporates a deer with antlers, preferably the head and neck. A silhouette-style logo might be preferred. Optionally if we can incorporate simple relevant landscape (agaves, yuccas, cedar trees, etc) into the logo that would be cool too, though not required. The logo needs to work on the web and print including business cards and promotional materials such as shirts, key rings, etc. Browns, darker blues, greens, coral and turquoise are preferred colors, but the logo needs to also work as a monotone if possible (like solid black or brown.) No neons or pastels. Favorable sample deer renderings and logo treatments attached.
