Brief de Design de T-shirt

a 3in diameter cirlce with a .25 in inside border. would like to look like the attached image.Permimeter of image: JAX CLOTHING COMPANY in place of CLE clothing company. Also replace the state of FL instead of Ohio in the perimeter. The rest of the perimeter and lines stay the same. The words WEAR YOUR PRIDE must also be included.
Interior image: want a sillouette of the Jacksonville skyline comperable to the 3rd attached image. In the main centered building please put the letters JAX at the top perimeter of the building. Instead of saying Wells Fargo that building says JAX. The Jville shirt idea (2ND attachement) attachment is another logo I also liked, but not the right skyline. This may be something that can be incoporated. The perimeter requirments is a must. There is some room for ideas in the interior of the logo.
