You said in your brief you wanted SANS SERIF fonts.

And then when I used one, you said that it was flat.

Would you mind showing me examples of fonts that you like?

Because by default, sans serif fonts are rather flat :)

Thanks for your reply and in all honesty, it's a fair comment and I should have been clearer in my feedback.
What I mean by flat is the use of the two sans serif fonts together. If you recall, in my example attached in the brief, we've used two different fonts together. I will amend the brief to make sure it is clear. I think the colour as well is making it too monotone and everything is currently orange at the moment.

Thank you all for your submissions thus far. There are some great pieces here, and there are some pieces than need refinement.

Please note, in my brief, I've specifically stated that we need a corporate identity that is a "FINE" balance between playful and professional.

I'm getting alot of very whacky and playful designs, especially when it comes to the character, which is very much appreciated, however the brand is coming across too playful. We need to maintain a sense of corporate/professional look and feel.

At the end of the day, we are an advertising agency. We deal with government entities, multinational brands and professional services. WE need a FINE BALANCE that shows are playful and professional side.
