Brief de Design de Logo

I need a new logo for my company - "Shina Haramot" LTD. The Haramot word means Lifting i.e crane lifting, forklift etc'.

My company gives several services:
1. We have a training ceter where students learn and get certification to operate crane, forklift, heavy duty vehicle (for example backhoe), working at hieghts, working with lifting equipments and rigging.
2.We preform safety inspections for the lifting equipment mention above (forklift, crane etc')
3.We also design lifting equipment (for example - lifting beams for cranes, basket for lifting personal)
4. We give meachnical engineering consultation and preform risk assasment. We also plan complicated lifting i.e lifting with several cranes.

An important request for the logo:
1. It should not be a specific logo i.e it should not include a specific lifting equipment such as crane, forklift etc'. The logo should be a global one.
2.The logo will be use mainly for website. In the future it will also be used for printing brochures and T-shirt. Therefore, I think that it should has a transperent background. About RGB or CYMK - I'm not sure what is better for me.
