Brief de Design de Logo

My company is "Industrial Financial Mechanics" aka IFM. We specialize in providing education and training to factory employees (manager and supervisors) related to financial matters. Our goal is to explain the basic "financial mechanics" involved in day to day operations. The pitch is that when they learn how things work financially, they can become "financial mechanics" repairing problems that are plaguing their monthly income statement. The logo should convey a high level of professionalism as it will be pitched to CEOs and CFOs. Ideally I would like a logo that depicts "mechanical money", "mechanical money being repaired" or an "industrial money mechanic". This would be ideal but not necessary as it will be difficult to pull off without being cartoonish which is a BIG NO. As far as color I am open. Not a fan of yellow or gold. The logo should have an industrial feel. It will be used on letterheads, business cards, websites and powerpoints.
