Brief de Design de Logo

Would like same idea of logo but not as square design. more free flowing. Example when we print the current design has white background and would prefer transparent for easy cut and paste applications without having to edit all the time.

I like the starfish but NOT the sunglasses. But not married to design either.
Love whimsical. Like the colours currently used but again not required if you have better idea.
We are a West Coast Canadian Tour operator. CANADA. We don't have palm trees please.
We provide, sightseeing, wine tours,gardens tours, etc.

We would like to add this logo to more products such as T-shirts and Hats and our vehicles so must be flexible in use.

Open to all whimsical ideas.
Eventually we would like to have our Starfish enjoying different tours. Such as drinking wine? Sightseeing? Beer tasting? Smelling flowers?

Would like it to stand out on white or black backgrounds.

We are a West Coast Canadian Tour operator. Offering day trips and multi-day excursions all over Vancouver Island. Palm trees are NOT here. Market is global tourists visiting the island. The most popular tours are wine tours and garden attraction and Victoria City Tour. Tend to 40 years or older both male and female from all over the world.
