Brief de Design Illustration

We need an artist to improve/redo the existing art we have for our iOS game. The resolution must be kept the same in all files in order to work correctly with the game code.
The existing art is just for reference, you can be creative and do whatever you want to improve it. Just keep the theme.

Basically, there are 5 different themed levels (hill, mountains,ice,beach and city) and each level uses the following structure:

-Background layer
-Three objects that show during the levels
-Two seamless layers that scroll with the level (one in front of the game sprites, other in the back
-A sun or moon depending on the level

In each folder there is a file called sample.png showing how the complete level looks like with everything in place.

There is also a "Other" folder containing other art that must be improved:

-char_big.png: The game character, used at the intro screen and also for marketing art
-char_bed_big: Character bed show during level select screen
-char_sleeping_big.png: Character sleeping show during level select screen right over the char_bed_big.png
-Tiles.png: sprites used during the game, MUST follow a 64x64 grid, also note that the wall tiles are grayscale. This is because the colors are applied by the game code, so the improved wall must also be grayscale
