Brief de Design de Logo

A colorful business logo for a company named Colorado Fulfillment Company based in Denver, Colorado. The current tag lines are (1) "Order Processing . Assembly . Packaging" (2) "Outsource Your Life!"

I have attached a sample of one proposed logo that does not "pop" for the customer. This logo is supposed to repesent "C" for Colorado with the sun showing through the opening and light pouring through. The customer is unsure whether the colors don't work or if the total concept doesn't work. New designs can be with different colors or a totally different design.
