Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my new au pair placement agency based in NYC called AuPaired. I pair American girls seeking an adventure in a new American location with families who can use another set of hands with their children. I work closely with both the au pairs and the families to make sure to find a perfect match. The American au pair candidates I pair with host families tend to be wholesome, religious girls from good families. I'm envisioning a design that is minimalist and one that evokes trust and love (if that's possible!) I am very open to any creative ideas...
