Brief de Design de T-shirt

We are a CrossFit gym in Norway that would like to have added some creative design together with a quote we have chosen for a t-shirt.

About CrossFit:
It is a gym where a wide variety of functional movement is done through high intensity training. We do weightlifting, gymnastics/calistenics movements and cardio like running, jump rope and rowing to name a few.

Our members are a wide range of ages from about 20 something to 50 years old. We are a small gym so far with just over 100 members. Our name Øya CrossFit means "island" CrossFit in Norwegian (not the tropical kind of island) ;) It represents our community which can be seen as similar to the one of a small island - everyone knows everyone.

Style:
Our profile is rather all inclusive than hard core. The focus is movement, health, lifestyle, as well as being strong and fit for life!
We need something stylish that both the fire breathers at the gym would wear, as well as your mom ;)
We focus on being down to earth, while keeping a good sense of humor and intelligence in what we deliver as a service and in our products and social media... at least we try, for not blowing our own horn too much here ;)

Layout:
Conservative in terms of colours.

Back of t-shirt:
We would like our own logo typically around 12x12cm -ish, between the shoulder blades up towards the collar of the shirt.

Left sleeve:
We would like the text: "#teamøya".

On the front:
We would like to cover a larger part with a quote and a suitable creative design. This is where we need YOUR help :)

The quote is:
"If you don´t like where you are, MOVE. You are not a tree." (The word MOVE would make sense to be the main focus of the design).
With this we would like a design that could incorporate the essence of the quote as well as play to our focus and image as a community/organization.

Be creative around this quote. A simple tree next to the quote would likely not be our first pick.
With our organisation´s focus and image in mind, create a suitable design that excites us :)

Key words are:
Elegant, smart, professional, movement, health, strong, proactive, fit, active lifestyle.
