Brief de Design de Logo

I'm not sure what I want, but I do want Est. 2005 included in design. We are passionate about food and drink and italian food. I have included my current version of my logo.

My logo text is too limited. I would (if possible) like to have Italian Eatery or some sort of variation like that. Just so you know we have excellent pizza, pasta, wings, salads, subs. I am just trying to break out of my groove and try something new. Thanks everyone.
