Brief de Design de Revue

Background of what we are doing with this project:

Our company (Builder Boost) is launching a yearly recognition program that will feature/spotlight approx. 40-50 Real Estate agents that are "best in their field" and chosen by 25+ of the top builders in our area.

The chosen agents will be given a digital badge (an award icon) that says Builders' Best so that they can place on their website, email signatures, and we would like for it to look good if we were to etch it into a Yeti tumbler or something similar. ** This would be step one of this project **

**Step Two ** would be to create a page layout for a digital flipbook. You can make it like a PDF flyer since this is a PDF reader book. We use flippingbook.com and you would have access to create there. We would like for each realtor to have a templated page so that we can then simply pull in their headshot - a brief bio - their contact info and 3 questions (Q and A space) then somewhere on the page (bottom of each page?) Having our logo (Builder Boost) be someone that makes sense visually.

We'd like to make this digital book and badge have a very elite exclusive feel - we want the realtors to be very proud to display it and be a part of this award each year. Our company colors are red, grey, white and black.... perhaps we can play up those colors so that people recognize our branding in it? Or maybe we add gold and or silver to give it that elite feel? We are open to suggestions! Our hope is that we have a fresh, attractive design to carry through in many areas of this program and our goal is to have it become very recognizable in the industry.
