Brief de Web Design

Men In Black Property Maintenance is an Australian Owned property maintenance company who needs a stand out online presence.

MIB maintains many buildings and sites and wants to appeal to a corporate professional market with their brand new website. MIB is essentially a handyman service offering all maintenance services to home owners, office managers, real estate agents and strata managers.

The Website:
We need a corporate website that appeals to our broader customer base (property owners, property managers, office managers) the copy is being written by a professional so use filler text for now.

Things that we want:
Home page that sets us apart and appeals to the corporate and residential market. The home page needs to not focus on either the residential or commercial market. The home page should focus on our logo and branding. We have a logo already and it is attached to the brief, please use it and try to consider the colour pallette that goes with it. Whilst we want the site to appear strong and manly it is important to remember that 95% of our customers are female so we need the site to be appealing to women. Women need to believe that we are strong, dependable and trustworthy.
We'd like a quote page and potentially also the ability to get a quote from the home page (please don't put it in if it ruins the overall feel of the home page)
An "about us" page
A contact us page
A blog that's built in (we don't want to link to an external blog)
(overall we'd expect to have 6 or 7 pages total)

The site will also need coding - we expect this to be done in a separate project but need you to consider a few things about the coding side of things.

It needs to be iPhone and iPad compatible.

We'd like you to suggest the best CMS that you would use or if you would suggest not using a CMS please let us know with your submissions.
