The product is focused on Preparing for an incident using Volunteer and Resource management and then responding to an incident with Incident Management, Team Management, Task Management and Communication Management. Once a situation is handled, the application provides complete reporting on each of the above aspects

• Clear layout with modern images. I want to be able to get a clear understanding of the features of the product and the ease of use. I would like to high light how the application helps in Communication Management, Team Management, Task Management and Incident Managements. Also, how the use of application helps to get an immediate snap shot of how well an incident was handled. I want to highlight how the Dashboard provides a quick look at the Incident(s) being managed
