Brief de Design de Poster

Hi I am a personal trainer working inside a busy gym. My sole base of clients is from the gym itself where I compete with other trainers for business.
New company so my brand is still not noticed by the public.
My company name is Flexion PT.
I am looking for a poster that will attract attention and increase awareness of my brand. My market will be mostly overweight men/women aged from 25-55 years old.
I would like pics of some sort on there that would be appropriate for my target market. Design needs to be colorful to attract attention.
