Brief de Design de Flyer

Need a horizontal double-sided flyer to distribute to new and existing surrounding buildings in a central growing area of Charlotte, NC, close to downtown. We are a new dental practice, and want to promote our service with an introductory offer that includes free Philips Sonicare toothbrush or an in-office bleaching.
Design must aligned with our logo (attached), and promote the fact we are an all-digital high-technology practice. We do same-day CEREC crowns, cosmetic veneers, whitening, tooth-colored compositve (fillings), Clear orhtodontic treatments (invisaling), root canals, CEREC onlay/inlays,
