Brief de Design de T-shirt

Looking for a design that will be used for a unit T-Shirt. The unit is the 2d Engineer Brigade. Design should be military in nature but tasteful to the full range of personnel in our organization (men and women 18 - 50). The design should incorporate a seahorse in some form which has historic relevance to the unit. While the organization is an Engineer Brigade, a military police and sustainment battalion fall underneath it so the design should not be overly Engineer specific. Desired end state is a T-shirt that Soldiers will be proud to wear in public while hinting at the historical elements of the unit.

Unit is designated the 'Trailblazer Brigade'. Current thinking is to have 'Trailblazers' across the front of the shirt. While not required, the use of the word 'Trailblazers in the design is encouraged.

Optional item: The World World II era motto for the unit was 'Put em Across'. This could be incorporated somehow.

Color: Unit is leaning towards a black T-shirt at this time, but is open to suggestions.
