Brief de Design de Logo
We need a logo design for a real estate development company based in Denver, Colorado named "ToRen Homes" (TOtal RENovation). The company purchases homes in need of repair then remodels and renovates them before putting them back on the market.
ToRen Homes is out to prove that not all rehabbers, investors, and/or flippers are created equal. ToRen Homes goes the extra mile for buyers with its ToRen Warranty, permitting through local municipalities, and extra upgrades beyond what is typical. In a ToRen Home you will find an additional coat of polyurethane on wood floors, all stone surfaces and grout lines sealed, extra paint for touch ups, upgraded materials, a home maintenance plan, and a pre-closing walk through similar to what you get when working with a new home builder.
The level of service and professionalism of ToRen homes is exceptional in an industry flooded with amateur investors looking to save money everywhere they can. The goal of the company is to create a brand recognized for the superior quality of the renovation work and customer service.

- We'd like the design to communicate our superior quality and high value. Possibly sharp lines and/or curves. We'd like something elegant in design that's not overly complicated.

- Colors: The following list is in no way exhaustive (and we look forward to designers' creativity) just examples of colors we think may work:
Dark blue, hunter or forest green, rich purples, maybe a light or deep gray, black, maybe gold or silver.
We are open to other colors that have a rich feel and look to them. Not interested in yellow or light pastel colors. We are looking for a very rich color scheme.
While we do not want the logo to overtly reference a house (see Should Not Have below), if it could in some way communicate the renovation/rebirth/superior quality of the renovated home, that would be great. (thought that's one idea)

- We are not interested in a logo featuring some sort of home/house or anything else so obvious. Our industry is oversaturated with logos of this type and we want to be able to stand out.
We do not want a wordmark or lettermark logo, however, we'd like our company name "ToRen Homes" to appear underneath (or above) the asbtract logo design in an appropriate/complementary style/color so we can use the logo with or without our company name underneath/above as appropriate.
