Brief de Web Design

I am needing a shopify template based off of the graphic that I am attaching. It is the graphic for my facebook group. You can look at the site at http://www.tdazzledtoo.com and see what we sell and how the site is laid out so far. Just let me know if you have any questions. I want to use some of the same artwork from the banner design I am attaching as they should have the same look. The final files I want should be a Shopify template that I can just apply to the site.
