Brief de Design de Logo

NOWLET (Now + Outlet) is a high-fashion and luxury lifestyle retailer offering men’s and women’s designer clothing, home furnishings, kitchen goods, and beauty products.
We are seeking a talented designer who can help us develop our new logo, to be used on and offline, packagings and various future promotions.
Selected designer will be given continued opportunity for our upcoming projects.

Firstly, we would like to ask you to design logos having a typography base without symbols and design pattern for the packaging box tape. For our company logo, it would be great if you could make one with black & white tones. For the box tape, it would be great if you could design the matching color to the regular packaging box, possibly two candidates with varying color and fonts.
 
Here are guidelines and things to consider:

* We are looking for a clean and simple, typography based logo.

* Must be submitted in all of the following format: 1) Adobe Illustrator, live font. 2) Adobe Illustrator, outlined font. 2) Adobe Photoshop or Portable Network Graphics (PNG) file, transparent background, minimum 72 DPI resolution. 3) JPG, white background, minimum 300 DPI resolution.

* Two versions needed: 1) black version, for white or colored background. 2) white version, for black background.

* Design must be in finalized stage: sketches or mockups will not be considered.

* Font used must be specified for Royalty / Licensing purposes.
