Explore The Blue is a new company based in Sydney operating multiple arms of business including consultancy and recruitment.

We are looking for an Explore The Blue logo that will form our umbrella / master brand that multiple companies can then sit below e.g. Explore The Blue Recruitment, Explore The Blue Change Management, Explore The Blue Strategy.

Explore The Blue is a company that firmly believes in freedom and flexibility for its employees creating a community of business advisors.

We celebrate diversity and encourage our clients to as well.
In all our Explore The Blue lines of business, we offer a highly tailored and personalised service for both the client and the candidate.

Our clients are senior management level so our umbrella logo needs to feel premium but also modern to reflect our belief in freedom and diversity.

The company name is derived from Blue Ocean Strategy which is about ignoring the competition and instead creating an entirely new market for your product.

We are at very early stages of the brand identity and need this logo to set the tone so chosen design may have follow-on work.
