Brief de Web Design

I need to have three drop boxes which are really the main item on our web site. These tabs will need to be front and center “call to action”. Our sole goal on our site is to sell real estate courses which will be connected to these drop boxes. So please make this “call to action” section “clean” and the main emphasis on the page. We will fill in the items in the drop box so please ensure we have that ability.

I’d like the design to be one where you keep scrolling down instead of having 5 or 6 tabs up top with different pages.

As you scan down I’d like to include the graphics and text as shown on one of the attachments. I copied this from another site so I’d ask you provide another logo. I already amended the text

People enter the real estate field with diverse educational backgrounds and overall goals. Some enter to only work part time to supplement their current income, and others full time. One person may enter the commercial market space and another residential. There is a wide range of directions you can take and the sky is truly the limit. Whichever path you take, your chances of success are directly related to your level of preparation and commitment. This is one career that really rewards self-motivated individuals.

 Careers - Career fields include residential and commercial real estate agents, brokers, mortgage brokers, property managers and independent investors. Many of these careers are held by independent people who have a strong entrepreneurial spirit. As you enter the real estate business in general its not unlikely you will be in it for life in one way or another. In our opinion it truly is the best path to wealth.
 Salary - According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, real estate brokers earned a median annual wage of $56,860 and the highest 10 percent earned more than $166,940. An agent’s income is only limited to how much work you want to put into your business. We highly suggest you consider a few of our partners offers below as they can truly help you work smarter, not harder.
 Degrees - A real estate license will provide all you will need to enter the real estate business. Each state has requirements that you complete “Continuing Education” every other year. There are several other courses that will provide you with certifications which demonstrate your sophistication therefore we recommend you continue your pursuit of education and we certainly hope you do so with us.

I included a few copies of our competition. PLEASE, do some basic research.... in short, we are a national school that sells real estate licensing education for your initial license and also continuing education. We sooooooo want to be better than our competitors. Please help us achieve this. google real estate license and real estate continuing education and look at competitors... Please. That way you truly know what we need to beat.

This is my 40th ish project on design crowd and appreciate everyone's work which is why I always come back.
