Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Chicago, IL called 'Remo'. We are a company aiming to change the way people shop for home services. Our initial product is Remo Walkthrough - a virtual tour service offered to realtors. Another one of our products is Remo Referral - a service that connects contractors and clients. Remo is looking for a simple, modern, and fun logo. We would like to see the designs use blue. Do not want a "Home Depot"-esk feel. The final design should communicate fresh and trustworthy.

UPDATE: I really like Techy logo's such as DogVacay, Renoviso, Duet Display, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram
