‘emptybucket’ is a new blog and opinion education website that tackles complex topics especially in, but not limited to, alternative investments (e.g. cryptocurrencies) in a simple way.
Each article will address a trendy question in a simple-to-understand and conversational style.
We need a logo and below is a description of where we want to be. We hope that the logo will reflect our intentions. It is not a prescription that you feel limits your creativity:
Team emptybucket aims to write about topics that interest us in a way that is engaging and get the message across. We have found a number of topics that interest us on a day-to-day basis but there have been a number of complexities in us finding out more about them. First, searching for clear information on these topics has been unnecessarily difficult and tends to make the reader give up half way. This is demoralising for us and we want to change this mentality. Secondly, where information is relevant, it is too difficult to act upon it.
This is where we come in. Our aim is to not only create simple articles for a wide readership but to then challenge common thinking about these topics and then allow them to act upon it if they choose to do so. Enabling ourselves and those who agree with our content to act on these topics will bring us great satisfaction and challenge the status quo thinking on how to approach life and finances. We want to get ahead of the curve and reveal the undiscovered opportunities that are presented to us each day and share the trip with interested followers. The future is about socieites and groups of people working together, not working against each other. We feel the need to be vocal about this and share our ideas.
Hence the idea of an ‘empty bucket’ – a mind that should wipe the slate clean, remove all assumptions and start from scratch.
In terms of our own motiviations, we hope to write in a way that will help us get out of our comfort zones. Rather than reflect in hindsight what we could have done, we would like to approach it more proactively.
