Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new camping supply startup that is geared to attract millennial campers. The logo should be in a minimalist/Simple style that is clever and slick and that also appeals and ties into the name of the company 'Ethereal' which means "higher regions beyond the earth or beyond the atmosphere" The final design should communicate that it is a "Outdoors" company with an edge.

I was able to come up with a very preliminary logo which I attached for your convenience. I want to suggest a bold look that suggests the outdoors but please feel free to explore your own ideas and not commit to my example.

Deliverables:
-Icon Logo accompanied with company name
-Include PSD or AI file
-Include JPEG nad PNG
-Provide fonts used
