Brief de Design de Logo

We are a real estate investment company specializing in AirB&B and rental properties in Florida. We need a logo design to use on business cards and a website that will draw people to our business in a very competitive market. We aren't certain what we want for colors but we would like the color choices to be trendy. This business was started by a mother and daughter...perhaps there is a way to tie that in somehow in the logo?

• While the name is Twin Tower, out of respect for 911 it should in NO WAY have towers in the logo...thus resembling the towers in NYC.
