Brief de Design Icône

I need a 3-step "How it works" design using 3 separate Icons to describe how our product works for the consumer purchasing it.

The product is an OBDII (plug-in) Flashing Device, that allows user to install performance software into their vehicles ECU to increase power and enhance performance/drivability.

It's a simple as buying the device (OBDII Dongle than plugs into the OBDII port of their car). You connect the device between your laptop and your car. You use a software program to select the desired software file. After it's uploaded you drive the car and enjoy it.

The 3-step process goes like this:

Step 1. Purchase your HEX Flash Cable from VF Engineering or any Authorized HEX Tuning Re-seller.

Step 2. Plug the HEX Tuning User Programming Cable into your OBDii Port, and follow the HEX Flash Instructions using your laptop.

Step 3. Drive your car and enjoy the increased Horsepower and Torque!

The first attachment is an example of a three step process from United Airlines. It's 3 simple Icons representing the 3-steps of using the United club Membership. I like the simplicity.

The second attachment is a very basic rendering I made of what we are looking for to represent our product and the three steps described above. As you can see there's no cohesiveness between the 3 graphic styles/images. I'd like to have three icons that look like they came from the same grouping.

The third attachment is a group of icons that I really like, but obviously don't represent the steps I need to display.

Please help as I need all three icons to have a similar look and feel.
