Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a T-Shirt logo design for a Weekend Campaign Event for Members of the California Teachers Association (CTA) called "CTA Field-Based State Council Weekend". The t-shirt should be designed in the theme of a Rock Concert T-shirt design on the front of the shirt, and the Back should incorporate two elements:
1. In large print, the top should read, "EVENT STAFF"
2. Below the "Event Staff" should include "Tour" Dates and Locations -
October 22 & 23, 2016
-San Bernardino, CA
-Orange, CA
-San Diego, CA

The final design should incorporate the ideas of Power, Political Campaign, Teaching, Public School Students and Fun.

Lastly, I would like as a watermark, or background shadow, a map of southern California that shows Orange County south to Mexico and from the Arizona Border to the Pacific ocean.
