Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design and a catchy slogan for a new company based in Oahu Hawaii. I'm not sure what to call the company yet. It will be a fast paced sushi shop that blends European and Asian cuisine to produce a unique type of sushi. I would like the design to show this combination and the name to be a fusion of Europe and Asia and "Bake Sushi at the end. Colors you are free to choose. I would like edgy, catchy and interesting. I'm looking for a design that can go on TV shirts , flyers and website and business cards, gift cards and boxes, so very versatile. This product will be new on the market and i want to show tasty, unique and trendy.
