Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our membership association representing commercial real estate building owners and managers, Houston BOMA. Our members receive educational and networking opportunities, as well as advocacy efforts and legislative representation. The final design should be professional, industrial, and clean. We like the square building box in our current logo, but would like to see it updated with a more modern look. Our current logo says "Houston" above the box and "BOMA" below. The header we are using on publications (box with "BOMA" on right) is a little closer to the direction we'd like to go.
