Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo for our Integrative Wellness Centre. It is a boutique clinic offering chiropractic, acupuncture and nutritional services in a one-on-one basis. We service primarily females. We are also launching into corporate wellness.
We are looking to relaunch the business with a new logo and brand identity. The logo should be less feminine, more modern but still convey a feeling of wellness and warm/friendly feeling.
Ideally this will be a wordmark logo or a pictoral/combination (writing this here because cannot click it on form below).
Many other wellness services/clinics have a leaf/tree type symbols - we do not want that. We want to look unique/different.
Must have: Full name (Art of Wellness)
Sophisticated, modern, contemporary but Warm, inviting.
Logo design should be easily transferrable to marketing materials (ie. coffee cups, pens etc.) as well as web and print.
Should not have:
Leaves, trees - the obvious wellness symbols.
Colour green
No cartoon/clipart.
No old-style, serif fonts like Times New Roman.
No chiropractic or acupuncture symbols (ie. spine, hands, needles etc.)
No feminine colours - ie. pink

The target market for our practice is young to middle-aged professionals aged 24-49. Skewed towards women but not alienating males. People looking to take care of their health at a premium.
