Brief de Design de Couverture de Livre

I am looking for a book cover (front, back, side) for publishing my phd project in A5 format. My phd Investigated the effects of learning (eg, reflection as a team, participation in team trainings) in start-up management teams on the performance and the satisfaction of synthesis teams. The front and side of the cover shoulderstand contain the name of the dissertation and my name, the back a short summary (see attachement). I am open with regard to the type of design (eg, photo, sketch, drawing) and with regard to the colors, etc.
