I am myself a Solidworks user as well. With the 2016 version they have included 4 new color layouts including dark. Icons that might look good on one scheme might not in another. Will your software change with the UI of Solidworks or should we just base it on the light gray layout only ? Meanwhile I can also help you beta test the software if you need any feedback.

Thank you for the excellent question. This version of our software will not switch between color schemes, so designing for the light SOLIDWORKS scheme provided as an example is what we would like to see. I think we will be supporting changing schemes in the future, so there will likely be a follow up project on DesignCloud early next year.
