Brief de Design de Logo

We want someone to design a new logo for our bar, we have been called "The Camel Sports Bar" for 7 years and our logo is very Amercian sports team looking. We are re-branding our bar to be more of a British style gastro pub and want a new logo to reflect this. Our name will be "The Camel Sports Bar & Kitchen" and we want our new logo to be more classy, more british, possibly more art deco or elegant. We would like less colours in the new logo, something with a more classic feeling logo to reflect our re-branding to be more of a restaurant than a bar and more sophisticated than just a burger and beer venue.

I have attached our old logo (which we don't like) and also our parent companies logo (The Camel Hospitality Group) (which we like better) for reference.
