Brief de Design de Logo

I'm a residential Realtor and need a logo/brand incorporating my name with real estate, so that I can take it with me no matter which company I work with, however I do need it to work with my current companies logo as it has to take up 40% of any advertising I do. I plan on expanding my web presence. I really enjoy helping my clients save money and achieve their goals. It's my experience and knowledge of the market that helps them make sound decisions. In the future, I'd really like to have my own firm and am building a business now with an eye towards that goal. I'd like to communicate that I deliver top notch service and that they can count on me.

• It would be nice to have something house related incorporated with my name, like a door, roof line, etc and if possible mountains (I know this may complicate things, but I'm sure there's something out there!).  I like primary colors and want something that stands out. I'm also a fan of art deco.
