Brief de Design de Logo

I am operating a real estate home staging business out of southern Ontario, called New Beginnings Home Staging, I provide home sellers with help preparing their home for resale for a faster home sale and greater profit. I provide solutions, advice and hands on help to get their house ready for market. My website can be found at www.newbeginningshomestaging.ca I am looking to improve my branding and promotional material with a logo. My vision for my logo would be a window with a sun coming in or a house with a sun coming up over the roof. I was thinking the lettering in black. I like the font that is on my website and I left spaces between the letters, clean and simple.
