Brief de Web Design

We need a design to add to a page of our website. We want the design to paint a picture for the user to help them understand who we are, as opposed to writing a long paragraph. We consider ourselves a unique Real Estate Lender. We are not a Hard Money lender and we are not a Institutional (Bank) Lender. We are right in the middle. We want to show people that we are different then the other two choices. We have had the idea of showing us in the middle represented by something like a vintage lightbulb (we are certainly open to other suggestions.) Off to the distance in the left could be a large bank with people waiting out front with shackles on their feet as they try to get approved for a loan, or something that represents how it’s difficult to work with large banks. Off to the distance to the right could be a hard money lender with money being squeezed and blood coming out as they take advantage of their borrowers. Something that shows them as being greedy.
We are not expensive like a hard money lender, and we are much more accommodating then a bank. We want to show this through a design..
Our company name is Vintage Capital so we like to keep our brand and material 'Vintage" yet very transitional too, to appeal to the younger and more sophisticated internet user.
