Brief de Design de Flyer

We need a new product sheet to describe our method of helping organisations to manage their talented people! We have selected a rowing team as the graphical theme (sample attached - please select or suggest a new picture if you want). We have also attached a powerpoint slide with our model (this is the service we offer).

FRONT PAGE

We are looking for an eye-catching front page that uses our 1. "Aspire Talent Model"; 2. a picture of a rowing team of 8, and 3. our logo and 1800 ASPIRE phone number (1800 277 473).

Step 1 - Assess key positions to determine your Talent Management Priorities.

Step 2 - Organisational psychology support helps individuals self-evaluate (see page 2 for details).

Step 3 - Facilitate agreement with manager and embed best-practice in organisational fairness.

Step 4 - Tailor career development and redeployment options based on shared understanding.

Step 5 - Evaluate ROI for individual performance and engagement.

BACK PAGE

The second page will have more detail of each of the talent categories also included in the powerpoint slide. Logo attached also. Please also view our website as the graphics should give you a sense of the look and feel of our brand - www.aspiretm.com.au We have also added another flyer that we still use - please do not reverse the logo on this project - use in current form.
