Brief de Design de Logo

I need a simple, catchy logo for wiz!
Wiz is an open innovation company; it is a new company based in Dubai.
We provide consulting services to large corporations and government and help them boost innovation by creating opportunities to co-create with startups and crowdsourcing.
Therefore, our logo has to be appropriate to two different groups:
- Traditional large corporations and government, consulting services
- Innovative startups, technology-focused

The company name should embed all the logo design, without any additional drawing.
I would like to have two options, one only “Wiz” and another “Wiz Middle East”.
The main logo should be red, but I would also have the options to use it in other bright colors.
