Brief de Web Design

The competition is for design only, and the winning design for the homepage will be expected to create a second design for a simpler template for additional pages.

We need a logo and basic wordpress website design for a Sydney based mortgage firm.
We need a clean and simple logo and website, based on the mortgage/accounting/finance/tax industry. Simple, credible and official colors.

The logo is expected to be so simple that we have combined into the one job.
If you submit a logo design and we choose it along with someone else's website design you will be paid a bonus of $60. The website design will still win the competition as per normal.

We will integrate a mortgage calculator into the site.

We want original different to copy-and-paste template looking designs.
We like simple websites with a long home page and a few additional pages like https://www.mortgagechoice.com.au/

We are based in Sydney Australia and are mortgage brokers

We want a clean, formal, credible site, limited pages.
