Brief de Design de Logo

Need a new logo for a foam bag/bean bag company. We're looking for something that looks comfy, big, and trendy...a logo that makes it pretty obvious that All Sak is about cozy furniture. See attached logo for Monster Sak as an example...I like a person figure lounging on the sack, but it's not a must. I also posted one sample concept that has a smiley face kind of thing going on with the sack. Like the turquoise color with black or grey, but something is lacking.
