Brief de Web Design

I am looking to redesign my author website. I want it to reflect my personality but look more professional AND more marketing savvy.

I am looking for:
- a header/banner with JUST MY NAME:
Sarah Maizes

- a header/banner using my name and log line - like this:
Sarah Maizes
Professional Writer. Amateur Mom.

- And a logo using my name and a different log line:
Sarah Maizes
Finding the funny in parenthood before somebody loses an eye.

- social media buttons for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, pinterest, Google +.

Regarding the design style I want to use the attached design for the basis of the website. I would like to use the logo in the UPPER RIGHT HAND CORNER of the four designs attached. It is the design with the slate blue background and yellowish/orangish colors.

I LOVE the typewriter font and would like to use that for my column headers - ideally, I would love it if when you roll over the headers it looks like they are being typed out - but I don't know if that is possible. If it isn't, happy just just get the headers in that font.
