Brief de Print Design

We need a large 10' x 2 1/2' banner to hang from our 10x10 red canopy. It will be used for events to let people know who we are and to promote our business. Our business is called Beyond Measure Music Instruction. We offer private music lessons in students' homes and our target market is moms of kids ages 5-15. The canopy we are using is red and the colors we use for our business are red white and black. Other colors may be used, as long as the red, black and white are prominent.

I would like the background to be mostly white since it will contrast the red canopy and red table cloth.
I would like my logo to be somewhere on the banner. The problem is that I only have a low quality image of my logo. I will attach the logo, but if there is any way you can adjust the logo so it doesn't look blurred or pixelated, it would be greatly appreciated.
The part I would like to be most visible is "Music Lessons in Your Home". That will help people know right away what service we offer.
I would also like to include the instruments we teach. They are: piano, voice, guitar, woodwinds, brass, percussion. I picture these words across the bottom of the banner in horizontal orientation with round dots separating the instruments, but not necessarily. They can be placed in whatever way is most visually appealing.
Lastly, if there is room, I'd like to include the words, "We make it easy to provide an outstanding music education for your kids." If it looks too cluttered, it can be left out.
The specifications have also been attached as an image.
