Brief de Web Design

I need to create a website that will help people find restaurants around a zip code or address.

I would like to have a very clean and simple design. I will need a design for the homepage, that should be very clean and simple to use. its where the users will launch their search. I am thinking something like google like.. big search field with a very clean page where users can create an account or restaurants subscribe to the service.

Also need the design of the search results page, I would like to display a big map with the results and a list on the side or the bottom of the map.

Also need a profile page for the users that sign up to the site.

Mostly what I need are guidelines and color coordinated elements, like a general layout and buttons that work together. I would like to know what the action buttons and elements should look like. Because its going to have some more detail pages.
