Brief de Design de Flyer

We are a product supply company based in Sydney, Australia and are holding an open day at our office for our clients and also prospects to come and see a range of products that they can use for their business. We are a stockists of these products and Australia's only approved service agent.
Im looking for an A5 sized invitation (although open to suggestions of other sizes/shapes) to send to our clients, inviting them to our open day. I want something professional but modern that stands out, using our colours.
The colours of the invite are ( 100% black, Green = C-60, M-9, Y-100, K-0, Grey= K-50). I have also attached the two logos that need to go onto the invite - both need to be the same size. However you can either use the white or the black background for the APS logo.
There are also picture of the products that need to be included on the invite.
Text that needs to be on the invite include:
Name
You're invited to APS/Picote Open Day
Date
Time
Address
RSVP
Please note - you will find most of the pics/logos low res images but thats ok - that are just going to be used for the time being.
