Brief de Design de Brochure

Dear designer,

As we really appreciate the logo we received on DesignCrowd, we decided to use your service for our bi-fold marketing brochure.

Our company is a private alternative offering mortgage financing to individuals and businesses who do not fulfill conventional financial institutions conditions, or who need money quickly.

I have attached our current homemade brochure which is a 8.5x11 standard sheet which is really basic. We would like to have the same information on a TRI-FOLD format. We will need a French and a English version of the brochure.

*Must Have Priorities
Colour - Blue as our logo and Orange OR Blue as our logo and Green
Logo - Our logo needs to be on the brochure
Picture - A black male need to be in one of the pictures.
Business card - It needs to have one place in the brochure where I can glue a business card; probably on the back of the brochure.
Testimonial - Our current brochure only has 1 testimonial but we would like room for 3.

*Nice to Have Priorities
Picture - Couple and home
Picture - In addition to the black male, one of the picture will need to have an asian, a ispanic OR a indonesian male or female.
Picture - People that calculate (e.g. slide 3 of the slider here http://www.vantagemortgages.ca./index.php)
Design - It need to be clear that the brochure is the reach individual who received a 60-day notice from their financial institution.

*Should not have
It should not be a simple cut & past of our current brochure in a bi-fold format.
